You're in control, and responsible

• The Service only acts when you tell it to. Every scan and removal is started by you — by clicking it, or, for scans only, by a schedule you switch on yourself. Removals are never scheduled.
• You decide who to remove and when, and you are solely responsible for those decisions.
• You are solely responsible for complying with Facebook's terms and community standards.
• Engagement scores only count visible reactions and comments on the posts scanned. They are not a judgment of any friendship, and decisions made from them are yours.

Facebook may act on your account

Facebook's terms restrict third-party tools that act on accounts. Facebook may warn, limit, temporarily block or disable accounts at its sole discretion. You accept that risk, and we are not responsible for any action Facebook takes on your account.

Unfriending is permanent. The Service cannot undo a removal. We recommend exporting a CSV (Pro) or otherwise keeping a record before removing anyone.

Accounts, plans and billing

• An account is required to use the extension. You must be 13 or older, or older where local law requires.
• Free accounts may remove up to 40 friends per calendar month (UTC), with an engagement look-back of up to one month. Scheduled scans and CSV export are not included.
• Pro includes unlimited removals (still subject to the per-run cap and delays you set), a look-back of up to one year, scheduled scans and CSV export.
• Pro costs $20/month or $200/year, each after a 7-day free trial, or $550 once for lifetime access. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before they end. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as the Service is offered; it is not a promise the Service will run forever.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. It depends on how Facebook's site works today; Facebook changes can break features at any time, and there is no guarantee of fixes or continued availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including account restrictions, lost connections, lost data or lost access — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or your breach of Facebook's terms or these terms.

Termination, changes and the rest

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service. We may change these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use means you accept the update. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
